Saturday night-03/15/03 there was a movie called "A Beautiful Mind" made in the year 2001. It was about a John Nash that was a young math professor and doubled as an FBI agent. He had fallen in love with a girl and wanted to marry her, but his "boss" told him entanglements were risky in the business. Her married her anyway and after a gunfight one night, he told the boss he wanted out. The Boss said "you can't get out, you know too much" ( I was told the same words from the guy in the FBI where I work).(He can carry a gun on the raids but not allowed to have bullets- a barney fife or a target to get shot in the head accidentally.)
He married the girl anyway and had a baby. He was speaking one day and saw men in black in the back of the room. He hurriedly left, only to be tackled outside the building and hauled off the mental ward. He was given thorazine, other meds, and electroshocked and restraints. But one day He ran into a room and cut his arms trying to get rid of a chip.(were chips known in the 70's, 80's)
He goes home on meds and almost drowns the baby in the bathtub while trying to close a window. Wife grabs the baby and sends it to mother for safekeeping, but stands by him.
He is finally well enough to go back to work and is helping the FBI plant bombs. He is looking at the newspaper and sees a configuration (like me when I read they were to shoot Reagan) He runs out to the garage to find his "boss" has set up shop out there. Later the wife goes to the garage and finds papers with configurations all over them. Of course he is nuts.
The "friends" call him a loser, etc. He is convinced all of this is in his head, He is not with the FBI, his "friends" don't exist, it is all an illusion of the mind. So by his convincing himself they don't exist, he still sees them, but ignores them. (ever hear of halograms.)
Finally the drugs are adjusted and he is back being a professor and wins the nobel prize in l990. His mathamatical genius gained us the Global trade policy (Nafta and Gatt)
I did not know this was a true story until the end of the movie. According to it, he is still alive and goes to work occasionally.
And because it is, I know where the bombs are planted....exactly where I told the FBI in l997, in the closed down missle sites. Now I know where the earthquake of biblical proportions will be. Some day I will be completely exonerated, but sadly, too late for some. mom
My mom is a little more insane than I am.
